Quick service. We had no issues with the reservation and pickup and drop off process. The vehicle we received required vacuuming and some cleaning. This was a bit annoying as I would have expected a clean vehicle. However, Enterprise discounted the rental cost for this so in the end I was overall satisfied.
The Glen Carbon location assistant manager Leah Dungin called this branch and blacked balled me from renting a car cause they don't know how to keep reservations. So if you rent from these people this is how your treated when they screw up...
Rental process was smooth and the car was clean and very new. Had only about 6000 miles on it.
